About

Access the world’s innovation. Build tomorrow’s champions.

The platform is run by operators who have held the seat, across France, the DACH region, Iberia and Benelux. They are the ones who carry the responsibility when failure is no longer an option.

Philosophy

Five convictions, and what they cost us.

  1. No measurable objective, no engagement.

We have turned down paid work because no number was at stake. Work that cannot be measured is work nobody will ever be able to judge, including us.

  2. The objective cannot fail. The experiments must.

We are called when failure is no longer an option, which is exactly why the experiments have to be allowed to fail early. An experiment that fails in week six is information. The same one failing in year two is lost budget, and by then nobody in the organisation will say so out loud.

  3. A system nobody uses has produced nothing.

We are judged on what gets used, not on what works. That is a harder test and it costs more: we spend on adoption what others spend on engineering. It is also why a trained internal team is one of the things you hold at the end.

  4. Method is what experience leaves behind.

A method is not a framework designed in a workshop. It is what remains once someone has done the work several times. That is why ours come from people who have held the seat, and why those people work inside the team rather than above it.

  5. Sovereignty is the management of a dependency.

It is not a flag. It cannot be declared in a quarter: it is steered across the investment cycle, and the right answer moves as the alternatives mature. It is also a question of price. A dominant supplier with considerable investments to recover has the means to recover them, and that arrives in your accounts before it arrives anywhere else.

Mentor network

Inside the team, not at the steering committee.

A mentor who has already run the function being fixed sits inside the delivery team while the work happens. Behind them, 10+ Bartholdi Certified senior mentors and a network of 90+ experts. We are always looking for operators who have run it before and want to hold others to the same standard.
