How the quarter runs

One quarter to a decision your board can take.

A 90 day COREV sprint, governed end to end, with a binary evidence gate at day 90. The mechanism that carries an agreed number to a verdict, start to finish. Not because transformation ends in 90 days, but because it must show a real result to earn the next one.

Where it begins

Every quarter opens by agreeing the number.

The first move is not delivery. It is agreeing the one problem worth solving, the number that will prove it, and who owns that number. Sometimes that is a paid audit; sometimes the ground is already clear. Your mentor is assigned before the sprint begins. No vanity projects.

The 90 day rhythm

COREV, one governed thread from intent to value.

  1. 1

    Capture

The one problem worth solving in 90 days, the business case for it, and the evidence that the fundamentals can carry AI on top.

  2. 2

    Orchestrate

The make or buy decision, the architecture, and the sprint backlog. Ownership passed by name.

  3. 3

    Realise

A working system built on real data with real users, examined at a midpoint review with the executive sponsor.

  4. 4

    Evaluate

Controlled rollout, training and enablement, and the KPI evidence that the outcome is real.

  5. 5

    Value

Demo Day. A binary decision on the evidence: scale or stop, and the next sprint priority.

The evidence gate

Every transition is a gate, not only day 90.

At each of the five transitions the work presents evidence, ownership passes from a named person to a named person, and the gate returns one of two answers. Nothing advances on a meeting. It advances on evidence.

At every transition

Presented

Evidence

What the stage produced, put in front of the gate.

Passed

Ownership

From a named person to a named person.

Advance

The next stage opens.

Stop

It does not.

Amplified Engineering

How humans and agents build, through the DRIVE loop.

Humans own direction and verification. Agents own implementation. A human sets the boundary of autonomy at Route, enforced as machine readable policy.

  1. Human owned

    Direct

A human sets the intent and the definition of done.

  2. Human sets the boundary

    Route

The client's named owner sets the boundary of autonomy, enforced as machine readable policy.

  3. Agent owned

    Implement

    Agents build inside the boundary.

  4. Human owned

    Verify

A human verifies the output against the definition of done.

  5. Human owned

    Evolve

A human folds what was learned back into the system.

Make or buy

Vendor agnostic, decided per use case.

Prompt to learn. Buy what is already commoditised. Build only where it becomes your own advantage.

  1. Prompt

    Option 1

Learn the shape of the problem with what is already available before committing to anything.

  2. Buy

    Option 2

Deploy a validated solution from the curated ecosystem where the capability is already commoditised.

  3. Build

    Option 3

Purpose build only where the solution becomes the client's own advantage.

Demo Day

Demo Day at 90 days. Scale or stop. No indefinite pilots.

At day 90 the executive sponsor sees the evidence and makes a binary decision. Transparent. No theatre.

Regulatory obligations remain with the client. We build the evidence, the ownership trail and the controls that make them demonstrable.See measured outcomes Choose an engagement
