Our mentors are operators who have carried the number themselves. If that is you, tell us in a paragraph and we will come back to you.

Who we are looking for

Senior operators who have run a function rather than advised one, and who want to spend a measured amount of time helping others do it well. Depth in one area beats breadth across many. We care more about what you have actually changed than about the size of the logo it happened inside.

What happens next

  1. You tell us who you are and what you would mentor on. Four fields, no account, no upload.

  2. We read every submission ourselves. If there is a fit we send you a private invitation link.

  3. That link opens the full mentor profile, where the commercial terms and the compliance paperwork are handled properly.

The data controller is Letztec S.à r.l., Luxembourg, which trades as Bartholdi Labs. We use what you send here only to decide whether to invite you into the mentor network.

Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. If we do not invite you, we keep the application on the basis of our legitimate interest instead.

We hold your submission for no longer than 12 months from our decision, then delete it. If you are invited and complete a profile, that profile is governed separately by the terms you accept at that point.
