What we bring

Six disciplines, and the operators to run them.

The capability a working demo cannot replace: operators who have run the function, mentors embedded in the team, and six disciplines governed as one from intent to measured value.

The thesis

Every consultancy can name a method, a network or a measurement. What none of them can hand you is one governed thread where the outcome is declared before the build, the same operators carry it from audit to production, and the engineering is bounded by machine readable policy rather than good intentions. The disciplines are common. The system is not.

The six disciplines

Any one is available elsewhere. The combination is not.

  1. COREV

One governed thread from business intent to measured value. Five stages, an evidence gate at every transition, ownership passed from a named person to a named person, 90 days, and a binary Demo Day. Nothing advances on a meeting. It advances on evidence.

    See the 90 day sprint
  2. Amplified Engineering

The engineering method that governs how humans and agents build, through the DRIVE loop. Humans own Direct, Verify and Evolve. Agents own Implement. The autonomy boundary is set by a person at Route and enforced as machine readable policy, not as convention.

    See the DRIVE loop
  3. The mentor network

10+ Bartholdi Certified senior mentors, former SVPs, VPs, GMs, MDs, former Ministers and heads of government bodies, plus 90+ experts. They are embedded from the audit to Demo Day, not parachuted in for the readout.

    Meet the mentors
  4. One contract from first day to production

Every firm claims to go from strategy to implementation. Here it is one contract, one accountability, and the same people from the first day to the running system. No handover to a delivery partner, and no second statement of work to get the thing built.

    See the engagement options
  5. The outcome is declared before the work starts

Every firm claims to measure outcomes. Here the commercial outcome, its number and its date are written into the specification at Capture, before any build. The same statement is the yardstick at Value. Demo Day is binary. Scale or stop.

    See measured outcomes
  6. Make or Buy

Prompt to learn, buy what is already commoditised, build only where it becomes your own advantage. We hold no software licence revenue, so we have nothing to protect when the honest answer is buy, or do nothing.

How make or buy is decided

Operators and evidence

Operators inside the team. A method built on the evidence, not the enthusiasm.

Our mentors have carried profit and loss responsibility at scale, and they sit inside the delivery team while the work happens rather than reviewing it from a steering committee. Every one has held the seat your team is sitting in. It is the difference a boutique cannot staff.

The evidence

Our method is built on the strongest independent research available, and where that research disagrees with itself we say so rather than smoothing it away.

  • The DORA research programme, 2024 and 2025
  • The METR randomised controlled trial
  • The Stack Overflow developer survey, 2025
  • Longitudinal code quality analysis from GitClear
  • Security testing from Veracode
  • Enterprise studies from Apiiro
  • Labour market research from the Stanford Digital Economy Lab and its Danish counterpoint

What our people have run

Method is what experience leaves behind. Every discipline below is anchored to someone who has held the seat.

  1. Large scale transformation

Yves Cabanac · Arun John Ambat

Digital transformation, portfolio and change management across global scopes: sales digital capabilities and Asia Pacific business operations at HP; advisory delivery at PwC Luxembourg for the European Commission and the European Investment Bank.

  2. Agentic AI and governed data engineering

    Travis Dayton · Bartholdi Tech

Fifteen years governing data in regulated environments under GxP, ITAR, NERC, HIPAA and GDPR, at Bayer, Gulfstream Aerospace, Portland General Electric and Andor Health. TOGAF anchored agentic systems where humans hold the merge.

  3. Operating performance and lead to cash

    Rainer Rabenstein · Yves Cabanac

Process digitisation, CPQ, compensation, forecasting and end to end operations at Fortune 100 scale, including a 4,000 person global operations organisation at HP.

  4. Cybersecurity

    Cyrille Gerhardt · Alexandre Loutsch

Qytos: from audit to resolution on a stack built in Europe, with security operations heritage from ADT Europe and a first product, Mailflair, protecting the channel most attacks still use.

  5. Ventures, financing and Make or Buy

    Guillaume Cuny · Cyrille Gerhardt

Twenty years financing technology across Europe and Asia at Grenke, venture creation through Bartholdi Ventures, and the economics that let us tell you to buy: we hold no software licence revenue.

  6. Open innovation and ecosystems

    François Hoehlinger

From the École nationale d'administration to FlixBus to general manager at Plug and Play: connecting organisations to what already exists, and turning intent into industrial scale through the mentor network.

What it leaves behind

A standing AI Centre of Excellence, after we withdraw.

The six disciplines are the system. The AI Centre of Excellence is the capability it installs and leaves running inside your organisation, with the use case pipeline, the governance and the internal skills that survive after the engagement ends. What the AI Centre of Excellence installs See measured outcomes

From enterprise architecture to agentic automation

Using the TOGAF framework to find and govern the workflows that are ready for agentic AI, with the architecture method mapped to staged autonomy and a governance perimeter around it.

Why it ends in a decision

One thread to one number the executive committee can act on.

Because the same operators run the six disciplines as one governed thread from intent to a number you set, day 90 leaves a single measured result against baseline rather than a working demo without a verdict. That is why a recommendation to buy, or to do less, is a legitimate result of the work, and why the decision at the gate belongs to you.See what you hold at day 90
