Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it without authorisation, or submit unlawful or harmful content through the contact form. Responsible security research is welcomed under our vulnerability disclosure policy.

Limitation of liability

We have not yet published a limitation of liability clause. One has been drafted with our advisers and is awaiting signature. Until it is published, nothing on this page limits or excludes any liability we have under the law that applies, and you should read the absence of a clause as exactly that rather than as a limitation stated elsewhere.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, whether contractual or non contractual, are governed by the law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

The courts of the City of Luxembourg have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim. If you are a consumer resident in a Member State of the European Union, this does not affect your right to bring proceedings in, or to be sued only in, the courts of your place of residence where the law so provides.
